What has been posted here is true of some movies. But I can assure you that this movie was made in the 1950's. Simply research "Smart Alec" and Candy Barr to find out about that. Candy was born in 1935. Does she look 45-54 years old in this movie as she would if it were made in the 1980's? Yes, porn was illegal in the 1950's but porn movies have been produced since the invention of the movie camera.

Notice the title at the beginning of the movie. It is "Smart Alec" with Candy Barr. Research both of them. That movie was made in the 1950's. The only question is, was it made in 1951 or later? If it were made in 1951, Candy would have only been 16. Others have said that it was made in 1953 or later, judging by a car seen at the beginning of the movie. (This clip does not start at the beginning of the original movie) No software was used to make it look old, that is the quality of the film back then, and then the aging of that film. I do wish that somebody would use technology to enhance the picture quality, however.

Can you not see that this is obviously not from the seventies, this clip was early fifties. Do you really think we are that stupid?
